Adriana is a movement artist, choreographer and performer raised in Portugal and based in Bristol. Their work crosses discipline-fluid practices, using installation, improvisation, sound art, site-specific, and immersive participatory performance.
Adriana is moved by states of existential chimaera, by themes of societal/psychological absurdism, and by rave culture as a capacitor for collective playfulness and resistance.

Also known as avulgaris, Adriana is a resident DJ of Inklingroom, a platform for Contemporary Dance Performance and Experimental music.
